Wet Room & Kitchen Refurbishment

After being contacted by the customer we organised a survey, the customer advised us that they had got our details off a friend of theirs who we had recently completed a bathroom refurbishment for and that they were looking at refurbishing their wet room and kitchen.

Once we had visited Mr & Mrs Sherwood and discussed their requirements we then compiled a full schedule/specification and cost for the refurbishment of their bathroom and kitchen. After Mr & Mrs Sherwood had discussed and agreed our quote, we commenced the work as soon as possible as they were eager to get started.

After our electrician and heating engineer disconnect all services we then could safely strip the bathroom and kitchen, once the strip out was done all first fix electrics and first fix plumbing works was complete.

We insulated the dividing wall between the wet room and kitchen so as to help with heat and nose reduction, and also cut and fixed ply board pattresses within the wall so as to later support the fixing of the kitchen wall units, chrome radiator, handrail and shower.

Once the kitchen rooms were completely re-plastered, we fitted the new kitchen, the none slip floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, led spotlights, and a new electrical RCD board, including all paint work.

In the wet room we fitted all wall tiles, a none slip polysafe hydro vinyl floor covering including a cap cove skirting for easy clean, a new combi mixer shower, chrome towel radiator, wall and base vanity units including wash hand basin, concealed toilet system and mirror, along with a new central heating system.
